The new Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 Coupe and Cabriolet models are both equipped with a new V8 5.5-liter engine, that features a maximum 388 hp of power and delivers a serious peak torque of 530 Nm. The engine is so powerful that it accelerates the car from zero 62 mph in just 5.9 seconds -- that is 0.7 seconds better than have fared the outgoing model.
